We don’t shake our tushies in Minnesota!

That’s not what I heard!  We had a little Rio Slumber party the other night filled with coloring, crosswords that made my middle child act just like a middle child, being called out by my daughter and told that my Samba dancing looked like tap dancing and more.

Rio. Riiiiio, still l can’t get that song out my head.  Okay, back on track.  We love the RIO movie.  We love Blu, we love that he is a divo and we love the energy that the movie fills the kids up with.  Especially because they will run wild and then knock out, hence the Rio Slumber Party (muahahaha). RIO 2 will be coming out very soon on Blu-Ray and DVD, so I thought it would be a great time to let them have a Rio refresher since the whole world is all about Brazil and the World Cup at the moment.  Why not shake a tail feather or two?

A little bit of coloring. A little bit of whining over a crossword puzzle.

Say it with me, Awwwwww!

Samba'd out.

Samba’d out.

And for your viewing pleasure, here is a little video my husband recorded.  It’s dark but you get the gist. I have not told my daughter that she can’t sing yet, I’m going to wait for someone to crush her feelings in school, so bare with me.
