A dream is a wish your heart makes… But when you own glass slippers, who needs to dream? On Tuesday night my daughters and I had a long awaited girl’s night out. We were invited to watch an early showing of Disney’s Cinderella hosted by The Moms, Oral B and Crest. My girls dressed up in their chosen princess attire, we jumped into our humble chariot (minivan) and bridge and tunnel’d our way to magic.
We were welcomed by a reception hosted by Oral B and Crest where they debuted their new Disney themed oral care products. There were tooth brushes and toothpaste along with the new Disney Magic Timer app which syncs to an Oral B toothbrush and will start a 2 minute timer for your children to brush their teeth. You can find the app here. The new toothbrushes and toothpaste can be found at your local drug stores.
The Cinderella movie is magnificent. I usually despise going to the movie theater because not many things can keep my attention for longer than 5 seconds. The movie lured me in and I was 1000% invested. I am not sure if it is because I’m a huge fan of Downton Abbey or because I was sitting beside Pam from A little Glitter (who is hysterical) and Mom Tips by Cole’s children who had the best commentary ever or perhaps it was the oversized cup they chose to use for the prince that captivated me. Whatever it was, it made my experience that much better. My favorite scene was when Cinderella arrived at the ball and there was a moment of silence as she single handedly slayed all the competition in the room. It was phenomenal. The movie is wonderful and I can’t wait to watch it again and again. There are only a handful of movies that I can watch more than once. Clueless, 16 Candles, Little Women and now, Cinderella.
You can find an official trailer for the film here.
